I just found this site and feel like I'm in heaven!  I'm a librarian in a small rural community located in the glorious Allegheny Mountains of West Virginia.  Yes, it IS "Almost Heaven."  I taught myself to read at age four, and really haven't quit since.  I go through phases, but I especially love fantasy, historical fiction, young adult fiction, mysteries, thrillers, and true-life adventure stories.  In a pinch, I will read just about anything, including the backs of cereal boxes and the fine print on toothpaste tubes!!  I love the thought of finding those books I've been searching for, and sharing books with others.  Does life get any better than this??
